This opportunity is for a School Psychologist to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting in the Jacksonville, FL area. The position focuses on assisting the parentally placed private school team within the local school district. This contract role extends from January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026, with a commitment of three days per week. The schedule includes a mix of in-person and virtual workdays designed to accommodate evaluations, meetings, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting and scheduling evaluations primarily at the district office to assess student needs
- Participating in multidisciplinary referral meetings and eligibility discussions to determine appropriate evaluation needs
- Collaborating with IEP teams by interpreting evaluation results and guiding decisions about student services
- Supporting both parent and team understanding of evaluation findings and next steps through clear communication
Qualifications And Experience Desired
